100% robusta

Bold tasting blend, very much like Bora – the strong north-eastern wind that blows into the upper Adriatic sea. A full rich body with a spicy aroma and low acidity makes this blend a very pleasant cup with a lasting taste on the palate.


TRAMONTANA
30% arabica-70% robusta

Like this cold wind from the north, this is an intense, full-bodied blend. On the nose, it has a spicy aroma with subtle notes of toasted bread notes while the aftertaste is a lingering dark-chocolate flavour.


LEVANTE
50% arabica-50% robusta

This blend is reminescent of far away flavours and aromas when generations of ancient navigators sailed the spice route to the eastern world. Characteristics of this blend are: aromatic wood and roasted nut hints, a chocolaty clean finish which contributes to an intense and attractive cup of coffee.

LIBECCIO
75% arabica-25% robusta

Linked with the steady, south-west wind that blows into Lake Garda, this blend evokes the scent of ripe apples and acacia honey. Its medium body is the ideal balance between acidity and sweetness which makes for a long-lasting velvety sensation on the palate.

MAESTRALE
100% arabica

The finest of the blends could not failed to be named after the mightiest Mediterranean wind which billows against the coast of Sicily and Sardinia. The aroma is citrusy – reminescent of mandarin and honey, the body is full and rounded with just a hint of acid whilst the aftertaste is consistent and with a suggestion of chocolate and roasted almonds.
